Make Your Event Memorable from Start to Finish
We want every party to run seamlessly! Here are some helpful tips to help us make sure your party runs as smoothly as possible.
We will arrive about 30 minutes prior to the start time of your party to set up.
Our bus is a very large 25 passenger shuttle, which makes it tough in certain situations to maneuver it around parked cars. Please keep a designated spot open for us so we can safely pull in and out without any guest’s car blocking the way.
It is very important that we start and end on our scheduled time. Unfortunately, we cannot delay the start time of the event for children who arrive late. However, we do encourage latecomers to join the party when they arrive!
We do not allow food like cake or pizza inside the bus. Every package includes special lemonade with cotton candy on top, and a snack tray is available as an add on at the time of booking. If you prefer to provide your own snacks, they must be in pre-packaged bags.
