FAQ

The Sparkle Spa is a Rhode Island based company we service RI and parts of Southern Massachusetts. A travel fee of $3.00 per mile for locations 20 miles or more from 02866 will apply.

A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your parties date/time.

An invoice with the remaining balance due will be sent 5 days before your party.

All deposits are NON-refundable so please be sure that you want to commit once deciding to use our service.

All parties are approximately 2.5 hours long depending on your party package and approximately 15 minutes for set up prior, and clean-up after the party ends. 

When choosing to book a party with us, please keep in mind that we need sufficient space to park. Please keep your driveway or sidewalk clear so we can safely pull in and out with out any guests cars in the way. 

Under NO circumstances can we transport children on the bus. We stay parked for the entire duration of the event. 

At least one parent must be present during the entire duration of the event. Due to limited space, we ask that parents do not stay on the bus, although frequent check ins are always fine ! We do have a webcam which gives you access to all of the fun!

To prevent spills, we do not  allow food cake or pizza on the bus. We do provide lemonade and cotton candy for each child. Pre packaged snacks are fine however. 

All photos taken are property of The Sparkle Spa LLC. We reserve the right to any and all photos taken for social media and advertising purposes. Any photos taken will be provided to the party host within 24hrs of the event.  

The party will go on rain or shine! 

If there is an issue due to inclement weather, we will accommodate a new date based on our earliest availability.

There is no bathroom inside the bus.
