You want to make this day unforgettable for your Birthday Girl, and so do we. Here's a collection of the most common questions we get from our parents to help you plan the most unforgettable birthday experience for your little princess!
We accept Cash, Venmo, Zelle and all major credit cards.
The Sparkle Spa is a Rhode Island based company. We service Rhode Island and parts of southern Massachusetts. A travel fee of $3.00 per mile for locations 20 miles or more from 02866 will apply.
A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party’s date and time.
An invoice with the remaining balance due will be sent 5 days before your party.
All deposits are NON-refundable, so please be sure that you want to commit once deciding to use our service.
Parties are approximately 1.5 to 2 hours long depending on the package. We arrive 30 minutes prior in order to set up.
When choosing to book a party with us, please keep in mind that we need sufficient space to park. Please keep your driveway or sidewalk clear so we can safely pull in and out with out any guests cars in the way.
Under NO circumstances can we transport children on the bus. We stay parked for the entire duration of the event.
At least one parent must be present during the entire duration of the event. Due to limited space, we ask that parents do not stay on the bus, although frequent check ins are always fine ! We do have a webcam which gives you access to all of the fun!
To prevent spills, we do not allow food, including cake or pizza, on the bus. We do provide lemonade and cotton candy for each child. Pre packaged snacks are allowed.
All photos taken are property of The Sparkle Spa LLC. We reserve the right to any and all photos taken for social media and advertising purposes. Any photos taken will be provided to the party host within 24hrs of the event.
The party will go on rain or shine!
If there is an issue due to inclement weather, we will accommodate a new date based on our earliest availability.
There is no bathroom inside the bus.
